3. PRODUCTS & NATURE OF GOODS

MAISON BLING BLING offers:

  • Handmade phone cases and accessories
  • Limited and exclusive designs
  • One-of-one pieces per design and phone model, where indicated

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects.

Product images are illustrative and non-contractual.


4. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

Prices:

  • Are fixed and non-negotiable
  • Do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT FORMATION

A binding sales contract is formed once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and
  • An order confirmation has been issued

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour


6. PERSONALISATION & BESPOKE CREATIONS

Personalised and bespoke creations are excluded from standard consumer withdrawal rights.

For online orders:

  • No personalisation services are offered unless explicitly stated
  • All bespoke terms are communicated separately where applicable

Once confirmed, bespoke orders:

  • Cannot be cancelled
  • Cannot be modified
  • Cannot be refunded

This exclusion complies with Swiss and EU consumer law applicable to custom-made goods.


7. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS

Due to the exclusive, handmade, and limited nature of our products, all online sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

This policy applies to all products unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any applicable right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.


8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services
  • Customs authorities
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.


9. INTERNATIONAL & EU CUSTOMERS

For customers located in the European Union:

Certain statutory consumer rights may apply. However, these rights do not apply to:

  • Custom-made goods
  • Personalised items
  • Handmade items produced in limited quantities

Where legally permitted, such rights are expressly excluded.


10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with MAISON BLING BLING, including but not limited to:

  • Designs
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Texts
  • Product concepts

Is the exclusive intellectual property of MAISON BLING BLING.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


11. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMMUNICATION

Respectful communication is required at all times.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Terminate communication

In cases of:

  • Harassment
  • Disrespectful behaviour
  • Price disputes or comparisons
  • Abusive or inappropriate language

Such decisions are final.


12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
