RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MAISON BLING BLING

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the MAISON BLING BLING online store and, where applicable, in-store purchases. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.


1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

MAISON BLING BLING operates under a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the very limited circumstances explicitly described in this policy.

This policy applies to:
• Handmade products
• Limited or one-of-a-kind items
• Personalised products
• Non-personalised products
• Accessories and phone-related items
• Future collections or product categories


2. PERSONALISATION – NO CANCELLATION, NO RETURN, NO REFUND

Orders involving personalisation or customisation are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundableonce the order has been placed.

By confirming a personalised order, the customer expressly agrees that:
• Production begins specifically for them
• The item cannot be resold or repurposed
• No changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible after order confirmation

This applies regardless of:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with aesthetic preference
• Delays caused by production time
• Any subjective assessment of the final result


3. EXCEPTION – WRONG ITEM SENT BY US (VERY LIMITED CASE)

The only exception to our no-return policy is if MAISON BLING BLING has demonstrably sent the wrong item.

To qualify for this exception:

  1. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Clear photographic and/or video proof must be provided
  3. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  4. The claim must be reviewed and formally approved by MAISON BLING BLING

If approved, we will:
• Arrange the return of the incorrect item, and
• Send the correct item once the return is received and verified

No refunds are issued in this case.
This exception does not apply to:
• Minor differences
• Aesthetic dissatisfaction
• Incorrect expectations
• Customer ordering errors


4. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

This exclusion applies particularly to:
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Limited production items
• Products made to order
• Hygiene-sensitive accessories
• Products not suitable for resale

Where mandatory consumer laws apply, MAISON BLING BLING complies strictly with legal obligations, without extending additional voluntary return rights.


5. PRODUCT VARIATIONS & VISUAL REPRESENTATION

Due to the handmade nature of many products, limited production processes, and differences in lighting and screen display settings, minor variations may occur between product images and the actual item received.

These variations may include, but are not limited to:
• Slight differences in color tones or shades
• Minor placement or alignment variations
• Small detail differences inherent to handcrafted or limited items

Such variations:
• Are normal and expected
• Do not affect product conformity
• Do not constitute a defect
• Do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Exact visual matching cannot be guaranteed across all devices or production runs.


6. SUBJECTIVE DISSATISFACTION IS NOT A VALID CLAIM

Refunds or returns will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
• “Not what I expected”
• “Different than imagined”
• “I changed my mind”
• “I no longer want it”

Personal taste, preference, or opinion does not constitute a legal basis for a refund.


7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the carrier:
• Responsibility transfers to the customer
• Claims of non-receipt will not automatically qualify for refunds
• Tracked and registered shipping is used to ensure delivery verification

MAISON BLING BLING is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by carriers
• Customs procedures
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts


8. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE

MAISON BLING BLING reserves the right to:
• Refuse returns or refunds suspected to be fraudulent
• Deny claims lacking sufficient proof
• Restrict future purchases from abusive accounts
• Take appropriate legal action where necessary

All claims are reviewed individually. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.


9. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting MAISON BLING BLING first may result in:
• Immediate account restriction
• Permanent refusal of future orders
• Evidence submission to payment providers

We maintain detailed records of:
• Orders
• Communications
• Shipping confirmations
• Production processes


10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

MAISON BLING BLING reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
