  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Personalised & Custom Orders

  • Orders that include personalised or custom-made accessories (such as personalised phone cases or custom rhinestone designs) require additional processing time.

  • Processing time for personalised orders: 5–10 business days, depending on the level of customisation.

  • Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout apply after the personalised item has been completed and shipped.

  • Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • Please ensure all personalisation details (names, initials, spelling, colors, phone model) are entered correctly at checkout.


Shipping Within Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

  • Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or trusted local carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers apply only to eligible orders and destinations.


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or external factors beyond our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs-related charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is provided for most shipments.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Delays, Lost or Missing Packages
